1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "viv805," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the viv805 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities providing online gaming services at https://viv805.cam.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account, deposits funds, places bets, or otherwise uses viv805 services.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player to access viv805 services, including but not limited to gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation.
• "Services" refers to all gaming products offered by viv805, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, togel (lottery-style numbers games), sabung ayam (online cockfighting streaming), crash games, and any future products added to the platform.
• "Funds" refers to all money deposited into your Account balance, including deposits, winnings, bonuses, and promotional credits.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or any other promotional offers provided by viv805, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by international gaming regulations, including submission of government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address, and verification of payment methods.
• "Jurisdiction" refers to the geographic location from which you access viv805 services and the applicable laws governing online gaming in that location.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on viv805, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any of our Services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using viv805 and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and viv805. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of viv805 Services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

3. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must meet the following eligibility criteria to register and use viv805 Services:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This is a strict requirement. viv805 enforces a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that you will provide truthful information during the KYC verification process.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and accessible. You are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in viv805 Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. viv805 does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be under legal guardianship, declared legally incompetent, or otherwise restricted by law from engaging in online gaming activities.
• One Account Per Person: You are permitted to hold only one Account with viv805. Multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate Accounts, all related Accounts will be suspended, funds may be forfeited, and winnings voided.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program with viv805 or any other gaming operator. If you have previously self-excluded, you must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by creating a new Account.
• Not Restricted Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing viv805 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law. While viv805 targets the Indonesian market, players are responsible for compliance with local, regional, and national laws.

4. Account Registration

To use viv805 Services, you must register an Account by providing the following information:

• Personal Information: Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address (province, city, postal code), and preferred username and password.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You must notify viv805 immediately if any of your personal information changes (e.g., change of address, phone number, email). Failure to maintain accurate information may result in Account suspension or withdrawal delays.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately change your password and contact viv805 support.
• KYC Verification: viv805 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to during registration, before processing withdrawals, or if suspicious activity is detected. Required documents may include: government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months), and/or proof of payment method (bank statement showing account holder name and account number, or e-wallet screenshot).
• Verification Timeframe: You must submit requested KYC documents within 7 calendar days of the request. Failure to comply within this timeframe may result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw Funds until verification is completed.

viv805 reserves the right to refuse Account registration or close an existing Account at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud, duplicate Accounts, underage gambling, or violation of these Terms.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit Funds into your viv805 Account using the following payment methods:

• Indonesian Banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon. Deposits via bank transfer are typically processed instantly but may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours or bank maintenance windows.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly upon successful transaction confirmation.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallets. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
• Deposit Fees: viv805 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (bank or e-wallet) may charge transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees.
• Currency: All deposits and Funds are held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a payment method in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the funds at their prevailing exchange rate.
• Deposit Confirmation: Once a deposit is successfully processed, Funds will appear in your Account balance immediately (for instant payment methods) or within 15 minutes (for bank transfers). If your deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may withdraw Funds from your viv805 Account subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. For example, if you deposited via BCA bank transfer, your withdrawal will be processed to your registered BCA account. If you used multiple deposit methods, withdrawals will be processed proportionally.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by Account tier: Bronze (Rp 20,000,000 per transaction), Silver (Rp 50,000,000 per transaction), Gold (Rp 100,000,000 per transaction).
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawals are processed within 1-24 hours during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 WIB, excluding Indonesian public holidays). E-wallet withdrawals typically complete within 1-4 hours. Bank withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. VIP Gold members receive priority processing with average turnaround of 4 hours.
• Withdrawal Fees: viv805 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Additional withdrawals beyond 3 per month incur a flat fee of Rp 10,000 per transaction. Your receiving bank or e-wallet may charge additional fees; these are beyond our control.
• Wagering Requirements: Deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal is permitted. This is an industry-standard anti-money laundering measure. For example, if you deposit Rp 500,000, you must place at least Rp 500,000 in total bets before you can withdraw. Bonus Funds have separate wagering requirements stated in the specific promotion terms.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. If your Account is not yet verified, you will be prompted to submit documents before your first withdrawal can be processed. Subsequent withdrawals may require additional verification if your withdrawal amount exceeds Rp 50,000,000 or if unusual activity is detected.
• Withdrawal Cancellation: You may cancel a pending withdrawal request at any time before it has been processed. Once processing begins, cancellation is no longer possible. Cancelled withdrawals return to your Account balance instantly.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

viv805 offers various Bonuses and promotions to reward Players. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotions page at the time the Bonus is offered. By claiming a Bonus, you agree to be bound by those specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Opt-In Required: Most Bonuses require you to opt-in before depositing. If you deposit without opting in, you will not be eligible to claim that Bonus retroactively.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). This means you must wager the Bonus amount a specified number of times before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a 100% deposit Bonus up to Rp 500,000 with 30x wagering requires you to wager Rp 15,000,000 (Rp 500,000 × 30) before the Bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, sports betting contributes 50%, and table games (blackjack, roulette) contribute 5-10%. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each Bonus's terms.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a Bonus is active, you may not place bets exceeding Rp 50,000 per spin/hand/bet (or 10% of the Bonus amount, whichever is lower). Exceeding this limit may void the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Expiry Period: Bonuses must be wagered within a specified timeframe, typically 30 days from issuance. If wagering requirements are not met within the expiry period, the Bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: You may have only one active Bonus at a time. You must complete the wagering requirements of your current Bonus before claiming a new one.
• Abuse & Fraud: Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome Bonuses, coordinating with other Players, or using betting strategies designed to exploit Bonuses (e.g., opposite bets in roulette), will result in immediate forfeiture of Bonus Funds, voiding of winnings, and Account termination.

6.2 Specific Bonus Types

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new Players on their first deposit. Typically a 100% match up to Rp 1,000,000 with 30x wagering. One-time offer per Player/household/IP address.
• Reload Bonus: Available to existing Players on subsequent deposits. Percentages and wagering requirements vary by promotion.
• Cashback Bonus: A percentage of net losses over a specified period (e.g., weekly cashback). Cashback typically has lower wagering requirements (e.g., 5x) or is credited as withdrawable cash with no wagering.
• Free Bets/Free Spins: Awarded for specific games or events. Winnings from free bets/spins are credited as Bonus Funds with wagering requirements.
• Loyalty Rewards: Earned through the VIP program. See the Loyalty Program section on the homepage for tier benefits and point redemption terms.

viv805 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases of suspected Bonus abuse, we reserve the right to withhold Bonuses, void bets, and confiscate winnings.

7. Betting Rules and Game Terms

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not valid until it is accepted by the viv805 system and a confirmation (bet slip or transaction ID) is issued. If a bet is not confirmed, it has not been placed, and no claim can be made for that bet.
• Bet Settlement: All bets are settled according to the official results published by the relevant sports league, game provider, or event organizer. viv805's decision on bet settlement is final and binding.
• Obvious Errors: If a bet is accepted due to an obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to a technical glitch, mispriced market, or human error), viv805 reserves the right to void that bet and refund the stake, regardless of the outcome. Examples of obvious errors include: a football team priced at 1000.00 to win, live betting odds not updated after a goal is scored, or a slot game awarding an incorrect jackpot due to a software malfunction.
• Cancelled/Postponed Events: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be voided and stakes refunded, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific rules for individual sports may vary and are detailed in our Sports Betting Rules (available on request from support).
• Connected Events/Related Contingencies: You may not place bets on connected events or related contingencies where the outcome of one bet influences another. For example, betting on "Team A to win" and "Total goals over 2.5" in the same match as separate bets in a parlay may be restricted. The viv805 system will typically block such bets, but if accepted in error, they may be voided.

7.2 Sports Betting

• Markets Offered: viv805 offers betting on football (BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, World Cup, AFF Cup), basketball, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, E-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire), and other sports as available.
• Bet Types: Available bet types include 1X2 (match result), Over/Under, Asian Handicap, Both Teams to Score (BTTS), Correct Score, First Goalscorer, Anytime Goalscorer, Half-Time/Full-Time, and mix parlay (accumulator/combination bets).
• Mix Parlay Rules: A mix parlay (also known as accumulator or combo bet) combines multiple selections into one bet. All selections must win for the parlay to pay out. If one selection loses, the entire parlay loses. If one or more selections are voided (e.g., match postponed), those selections are removed from the parlay and odds are recalculated based on remaining valid selections.
• Live/In-Play Betting: Live betting allows you to place bets while an event is in progress. Odds change dynamically based on match developments. Live bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment you submit your bet slip. However, if the odds change significantly between your submission and system acceptance (e.g., a goal is scored), your bet may be rejected.

7.3 Casino Games, Slots, and Live Dealer

• RTP (Return to Player): All casino games display their RTP percentage, which represents the theoretical long-term payout rate. RTP is calculated over millions of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session results. Game RTPs are audited by independent testing agencies (eCOGRA, iTech Labs, GLI).
• Random Number Generator (RNG): Slot games and virtual table games use certified RNGs to ensure fair and random outcomes. RNG software is tested and certified to meet international gaming standards.

7.4 Togel, Sabung Ayam, and Other Specialty Games

• Togel (Lottery): Togel games offered on viv805 are based on official lottery draws from licensed jurisdictions. Results are determined by the official draw and published by the lottery operator. viv805 has no control over draw outcomes. Bet settlement is based on official published results.
• Sabung Ayam (Cockfighting): Sabung ayam streams are provided by third-party licensed operators (S128, SV388) broadcasting from legal arenas in the Philippines, Thailand, and Cambodia. viv805 does not control the matches or outcomes. Bets are settled based on the referee's official decision as shown in the live stream. If a match is declared a draw or is cancelled, bet stakes are refunded (unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules).
• Crash Games (Aviator): Crash games use provably fair algorithms. Each round's outcome (multiplier crash point) is determined by a cryptographic seed that can be independently verified for fairness. If you suspect manipulation, you may request the verification hash for any completed round.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on viv805 and will result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of Funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen credit cards, fake identity documents, or any other form of fraud to deposit, withdraw, or claim Bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, such as chip dumping in poker, coordinated betting in sports, or sharing Account information.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome Bonuses, exploiting software vulnerabilities to bypass wagering requirements, or using betting strategies designed solely to clear Bonus wagering without risk.
• Automated Betting/Bots: Using software, bots, or automated tools to place bets, scrape odds, or otherwise interact with viv805 Services. All betting must be conducted manually by the Account holder.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between viv805 and other operators or within viv805's own markets to guarantee profit. While not illegal, viv805 reserves the right to limit or close Accounts of Players engaged in systematic arbitrage.
• Money Laundering: Using viv805 to launder money or finance illegal activities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and financial authorities in investigating suspected money laundering.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register, deposit, or play while under 21 years of age, or allowing minors to access your Account.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or use your Account. Each Account is personal and non-transferable.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing viv805 staff or other Players via chat, email, or any other communication channel. Hate speech, discrimination, and abusive language are not tolerated.

If we suspect any prohibited activity, we reserve the right to suspend your Account pending investigation, request additional documentation, withhold withdrawals, void bets, confiscate Funds, and report activity to relevant authorities. You will be notified of any such action via email.

9. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

viv805 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting Players from gambling-related harm. We provide multiple tools and resources to help you stay in control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in Account Settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for 24 hours (cooling-off period). Decreases take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. When your net loss reaches the limit, you will be unable to place further bets until the next period begins.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations. After the time expires, you will be automatically logged out.

• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break (24 hours to 7 days) without full self-exclusion. During a cooling-off period, your Account is temporarily suspended but not permanently closed.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, viv805 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Funds due to technical errors, software malfunctions, or server outages.
• Inability to access your Account due to network issues, browser compatibility, or device failures.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party payment provider issues or bank delays.
• Loss of winnings due to disconnection during gameplay (where game rules permit bet voiding).
• Unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the viv805 platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and trademarks, is the property of viv805 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use viv805 Services for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of viv805's content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and Account termination.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
